After confirming your reservation, South Lake Hotel will give you the priority to keep your reservation and ensure your check-in In the event of the government use of the rooms or other type of force majeure that prevents us from providing you with the rooms, the hotel will notify you in advance so that you can change to another hotel. In the event that our hotel fail to notify you two days in advance, our hotel will make arrangements for you to stay in another hotel free of charge.
